Cancellation Policy

Our patient’s time is important to us, as is our practitioner’s. Please note the following;

  • We require full payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment
  • If you need to change your booking, we will happily reschedule subject to availability
  • We send out a 48 hour reminder text. If you do need to reschedule, please tell us then
  • If you know you are unable to attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible
  • If you are unable to provide 24 hrs notice to cancel or change your appointment you will be charged the full appointment fee
  • If you fail to turn up without prior notice you will be charged the full appointment fee
  • Any outstanding payments will need to be resolved before further bookings can be made
